NANNINI FIRENZE aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction by offering the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products, in accordance with the timelines and methods indicated on this page. Returns must occur within 30 days of delivery and only if the items are intact and unused.
To send a return, the customer must meet certain conditions: all items are delivered with an authenticity tag secured with a NANNINI FIRENZE single-use security seal, which must not be removed or damaged. The items must not have been worn, stained, washed, damaged, or altered. They must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and with all hanging and internal tags still present and intact. The goods must be delivered to the courier within 30 days from the delivery date.

To change color, model, or item, the customer must initiate the return procedure through customer service and then place a new order on the site. Returns for customized products or those not suitable for resale will not be accepted. In case of non-compliance with the conditions, NANNINI FIRENZE reserves the right not to accept the return and to return the product to the customer at their expense.

If the return is not due to an error by NANNINI FIRENZE, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once the return request is sent to the address servizioclienti@nannini.it, customer service may purchase a shipping label for the customer (the cost of which will be deducted from the refund), or the customer may proceed independently by sending the goods to the address: Via Reggia di Portici 69, 80146, Naples (NA).
Shipping is at the customer's risk: NANNINI FIRENZE is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays due to inadequate packaging or courier service issues. Items must be returned using the same packaging received or equivalent. All returns will be inspected by NANNINI FIRENZE staff to verify their condition. The company reserves the right to apply any charges necessary for the resale of the product. If the return meets all requirements, the customer will be contacted by customer service and will receive an electronic coupon for the value of the returned items, usable for a new purchase.

By purchasing on the site nannini.it, the customer declares to have read and accepted the indicated regulations and to have understood the characteristics, sizes, materials, and descriptions of the purchased items, as well as shipping times and costs. Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed only after receipt of the payment. For cash on delivery orders, two attempts will be made to contact by phone to confirm the details: in case of no response, NANNINI FIRENZE reserves the right to cancel the order.
